UZURU Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of the app "UZURU" (ウズる, the "Service"). You must agree to them to use the Service.
1. Age
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or do any of the following:
- Sexual content or nudity
- Violence, self-harm, or encouragement of dangerous acts
- Bullying, harassment, or content that demeans a specific person
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar
- Recording other people without their consent, or sharing other people's personal information
- Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or publicity rights
- Advertising, spam, or impersonation
3. Reporting, blocking, and our response
You can report any video from its "…" menu. A reported video is hidden from you immediately, and is hidden from everyone once it receives multiple reports. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and ban the user who posted it. You can block any user; blocked users' videos are hidden in both directions. Crew owners can remove members from their crew.
4. Your videos
You keep the rights to the videos you post. We use them only to provide the Service (showing them to members of your crews and storing them). Videos are deleted automatically 90 days after posting. You can delete your own videos at any time.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of your videos at any time from Settings → "データを消す" (Delete my data).
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions of the Service, loss of data, or disputes between users.
7. Changes
If we change these terms, we will notify you in the app and ask you to agree again.
